Printed by Forbes Lithographic, Boston, MA; numbered and separated by Bureau of Engraving and Printing

Front of fractional notes "Commerce" engraved by Marcus Baldwin. $1 note front "Composition and Reflection" by Bella Lyon Pratt. $5 and $10 notes front design "Mechanics". Back of all notes contains the Great Seal of the US.

There were multiple printings for this series. Some sources state two printings while others indicate four. The First, Second, and Third printing included all denominations while the Fourth did not include the 5 and 10 dollar notes. Sources agree that printings One and Two contained all denominations.

Denominations: 5 cents, 10 cents, 25 cents, 50 cents, 1 dollar, 5 dollars, and 10 dollars.

Nice note Tom. I really enjoy the MPCs. They've gotten so horribly expensive in the past few years.
