MisterMcDoo Posted August 9, 2005 Report Share Posted August 9, 2005 The statue is by Gian Lorenzo Bernini who is also on the obverse of the banknote... it is of Constantine (Roman emperor) and is located in Scala Regia, Vatican Palace, Rome.
