I'd recommend using a hosting site like Tinypic.com or similar. Upload the photo there, then copy the link with the image tags [ img] and [ /img] Information for the link will be between these tags. Those tags need to be part of the copy and paste. Don't bother with the upload image icon on this page, you won't need it if you have those tags. One hint - View the image on your computer full size and then resize it to how large you'd like it to be. These can be enlarged sometimes, and if they are large fiels, then they are too large to view adequately. For example, the following picture was resized to 25% of the original. Good luck!
