IgorS Posted December 8, 2009 Report Share Posted December 8, 2009 Here is my opinion on this - seems when coins are high grade, the grading companies will not slab coins with scratches and digs, but when the coins are low grade (like this one), they will stick VF-20 or F-15 on it - who cares.
