retired44
Can anyone help me with finding out the thickness of both the Gold Coin and the Nickel Brass 1995 British 2 pound Anniversary WWII Dove coin? They are both 28.4mm in diameter and weigh 15.98 grams. The Nickel Brass one would obviously be a lot thicker. Just wondering what each is. kind regards Darryl New Zealand. ccg
British brass £2 coins are about the same thickness as the £1 coins. If you don't have a £1 coin laying around, the £1 is a little thicker than an Aussie $2.
