Prekol Posted November 6, 2009 Report Share Posted November 6, 2009 Good morning, I have a quick question. I would like send 3 coins for certification by NGC (5/10/15 gold roubles). But in order to do this it seems like I either need to be a member or go to an authorized dealer and have them send it. I don't know if it's worth the money to become a member just for three coins, and I am unsure how much I trust an authorized dealer who I have not had any prior experience with.
