Finally he slipped into madness. Looks like he's got rosy cheeks! What was the disease? I thought he was permanently mad George is thought to have had acute porphyria causing him to suffer terribly with regards to his mental health with hallucinations, paranoia, depression etcetera which led to him being called "Mad King George".
