constanius
Could find no listing for a token, but I believe this is the issuer of the token. From the Post Office Directory of the counties of Cambridge, Norfolk and Suffolk 1879; Newton(near Wisbech) Cambridgeshire: parish & village in the Isle of Ely. Fitton end is partly in this parish & partly in Leverington. Shippey, Samuel junior, Farmer of Fitton end. The fancy 1(stylized corn?) on the reverse lead me to think it could be a farmer's token, from then on the research was a walk in the park. So I think you are safe to date it circa 1880.
