STEVE MOULDING
BTW, I was just reading an interesting numismatic book from 1914. In there it mentions that KM 1802-1810 5 kopek coins very considered quite rare at the time and were bringing from 5 to 10 roubles (a lot!). Any details on the book? Sounds great

IgorS
Any details on the book? Sounds great I qouted from the 1914 issue of the "Bulletin De La Societe Ouralienne Des Amis Des Sciences Naturelles" a Russo-French edition. This particular issue describes collection of Peter Ivanovich Tarasov, who donated his entire outstanding collection to the Ural Museum. The issue has a speach Peter Ivanovich delivered at the donation event, where he described how his collection was put together. He actually purchased about 100kg of copper coins by weight! I believe one-kuna currently is in the process of examining a copy of this issue. That's were the prices I qouted for KM coins came from.
