The only time they go for more is if some person goes out and registers domains then tries to resale something they registered for 30 dollars for far more...so they try to get someone to pay hundreds of dollars for something that requires just 30 USD to actually register. Someone tried that with me so I just went with .org instead of .com... or you could look it up at one of these sites: http://directory.sootle.com/website-worth/ http://www.websitevaluecalculator.com/ this one says its worth 43.00 USD...there are quite a few sites that value websites...another says its wort 25 bucks....yet another says its worth 95.00 USD that link says my website is worth 6,500 bucks!!
