Frank Gasparro, Chief Engraver at the US Mint - Eisenhower Dollar, SBA, Kennedy Half, ... Did the design and engraved the dies for this badge and medal. 1969 ANA Convention Badge - Philadelphia Obv 1969 ANA Convention Badge - Philadelphia Rev Badges with Ribbons - Large is 38mm small is 19mm. I've had mine for quite some time. The prices on this stuff have started to go up over the past year or two. Most of the badges and medals are now twice what they were a year ago.
