constanius
That is an East India Co. copper cash coin, which was issued in denominations of V(5 cash) X(10 cash) or XX(20 cash) for use in India & the Orient. Struck by Mathew Bolton & the Soho Mint in Birmingham, England. Where they had struck the 'Cartwheel Pennies'. Need the size to tell which denomination it is, or check the reverse for V,X or XX.
