frank
Ludger is a great Québecois name. And he obviously did a good job representing Louis-Philippe's awesome sideburns on this side of the Atlantic. June 24, the Feast Day of St John the Baptist, is a crazy time in Québec (concerts, festivities, etc etc etc) and an excellent time to go there, if you book your hotel room far in advance!
