Coin price?

Recommended Posts

It is not possible to give a price without knowing the condition of your actual coin. Can you see most or all of the fine detail in Balboa's helmet? If so, you probably have an extremely fine (XF) or better coin. The catalog price of a 1934 in XF is $50 but you are not likely to get that since the community of Panama collectors is rather small. Maybe $20-30 if you are lucky. In less than XF condition you are talking a little more than silver bullion value if there are no serious problems, maybe $6-7. In true uncirculated condition a 1934 medio is quite scarce and would probably be worth several hundred dollars but it's not likely you have one of those.

Hope this helps.
