When do you leave London? If you're around this Saturday then there's something you cannot miss...

You can also view the British Museum collection of coins, well worth a visit, but as an American citizen you'll have to produce your passport. http://www.britishmuseum.org/the_museum/de...study_room.aspx

As for Manchester, never been there myself, but yes, let me know when you're in London.

i leave for manchester on wednesday morning ... back on the 10th for a day. may come in on sunday (there's a social event in manchester but i may have decided that, by sunday, it's not worth my time ... ). if i plan to come in on sunday then it is to meet someone i know from facebook and other venues.

today isn't really an option--my time is split between the london transit museum and the victoria and albert.
