Charles I Halfcrown, m.m. Bell, Tower Mint, 1634-5.

 

If it is a halfcrown, it is if its diameter is around 3cm, then it is Group III, third horseman, type 3a1 with scarf flying from King's waist.

This is a halfcrown , somewhat oval, though. So, the diameter varies.
