sigistenz
This item is posted in a German language forum. It is 19-20 millimeters across, 3.42 millimeters thick and weighs 8 grams. It is of a whitish metal. Does anyone know what is is and what the inscription says? Thank you, Sigi

It would be easier if it were in a better shape and it would be possible to read the legend
alexbq2
Is this copper or corroded lead? The eagle looks Russian similar to the polish type of 1860’s. The inscription looks Latin based, but I can’t make out what it says (..ILLROA..?). If it is lead I’d say a seal of some sort, if not probably a private token. IgorS
I looked through a pretty good catalog of Russian private tokens, but did not find it there...
