corkykile
Received my set of mint issue coins for my albums and found this Jefferson to be interesting. Cracked from the left side of the jacket and east under the mint mark and to the rim. corky
thedeadpoint
Cool find, Corky. Also, is that a filled die where his hair is really close to the rim - around 10 o clock?

corkykile
Thanks Deadpoint. I couldn't find anything else of interest on this except it is a bit beaten up for an Mint issue. Dustin... thanks... And, a special thank you for the fun additions to my collection! Hi Matt. These crazy nickels and silvery coins are a pain to photograph. This was the best one I could get from the many I took. After all my complaining about the US Mint and its lack of quality control I cannot understand why I ordered this set. However, some of the coins in this Mint uncircluated set are better than the clad proof set I got. Go figure. Thanks everyone for checking this out. corky
