The Red Book and the PCGS price list include this variety; however, Breen doesn't, and there is no link to details on the PCGS site nor does the Red Book supply pictures for this date. jtryka Posted August 13, 2008 Report Share Posted August 13, 2008 The "large letters" is the O-114, which is a very rare variety, in which Reverse S from 1828 was reused with Obverse 7s-2. This one appears to be an O-115 or O-117 to me. For the reverse, just look at the positioning of the I and T in Pluribus and State, the right sides should be in line on the O-114, where in this case the left sides are in line.
