Bitkin Posted May 10, 2008 Report Share Posted May 10, 2008 As far as I see the coin is ok, but you really can't tell anything looking on the scan. If you can get nothing else, but scan, just ask for the exact size of the coin and especially for the edge picture. Then you can compare the edge from regular rouble 1912 with this one and if it will be the same, more likely coin is ok. That is TRUST!! I can't imagine buying something like that without a slab, or at least a third party escrow agent, such as a respected Russian coin dealer, to handle the transaction.
