CoinAuctions
Does anyone know what a Turban Head Quarter Eagle? I noticed on ebay half the sellers listed their Classic Head Quarter Eagle as a Turban Head. I didn't know their was such wide spread confusion. Here is a Turban Head
Mark Stilson
Coin facts link. But you find it listed under Draped Bust $2.5 (1796-1807) . Just to add to confusion red book calls it capped bust to right. Probably could find several other names they go by.
CoinAuctions
This is the true Liberty Cap design, the Classic Head is a folded down type. The difference is unique, but Turban Head is outdated. How about Liberty Cap, Facing Right, Quarter Eagle? I may change this on my website when I get this page finished.
