alexbq2
Hi, Is there something strange about the way this portrait looks, or am I being paranoid again? Something about the shape of the beard and the cut of the neck? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...em=150221587552

There are two obverse die varieties for the 1914 poltina: flat strike, with narrow rim, and embossed strike with wider rim. Here are both of mine: http://hairgrove-goldberg.com/Gallery/poltina1914-flat http://hairgrove-goldberg.com/Gallery/Poltina1914-embossed The first link also has some detail pictures with some identifying characteristics.
