Art Posted February 24, 2008 Report Share Posted February 24, 2008 I have two ASE's that are toning beautifully. 1999 - overall golden toning on the obverse with some red/purple starting to appear at the edge. Coin is currently stored in an Intercept Shield holder and the toning has not progressed. $30.00 plus $2.50 S&H&I in the US. 2000 - obv toning is golden with left half turning red, blue and purple. Lighter gold toning on the right half. Obv has uneven gold toning starting. Left to tone this will be a very pleasant color mix. The coin is currently in an Intercept Shield holder and the toning has been dormant. A true beauty for those into toned coins. $35.00 plus $2.50 S&H&I in the US.
