Can anyone read these?

These are large coins and are obviously Thai, but it doesn't use any roman numerals and I am not familiar with their numbers..

I would say the denimation is to the left of the monkey-thing's right foot as it is in the 'right' position and doesn't change: the date looks to be at the bottom.

Yes the date is located at the bottom. The "two letter" script above it stands for B.E. which is the era designator. (B.E. date - 543= A.D. date). And the denomination is to the left of the monkey thingy.
