Nice BU (i.e. MS-65 or better) 5 rouble coins should bring around $150 - $180 today, the 10 roubles maybe twice that much. Used to be that anything in less than XF would bring approx. the gold melt value, but prices have gone up since then. People are paying up to $100 for 5 rouble coins in just about any condition; just 2 years ago you could get really nice ones for $60 - $70 each.
