Guest Stujoe Posted July 4, 2005 Report Share Posted July 4, 2005 Deep Mirror Prooflike From the PCGS Lingo Guide: "Any coin that has deeply reflective mirror-like fields, the term especially applicable for Morgan dollars. Those Morgan dollars that meet PCGS standards are designated deep mirror prooflike (DMPL)." I can't remember the distances but a DMPL coins should reflect X inches of text when it is placed staight up and down on a page of text. A coin designated PL will reflect less distance.
