The first two numbers are odd against the 5s. If you keeping it for yourself, you may do so but that also depend on the condition of the note. If you are keeping for investment, nobody will fancy or buy it from you since it is not a known popular number for collection. In addition, I am sure you can find a nicer serial when you use your $13.30 to buy a note with a nice serial number. If $13.30 is not enough to buy anything, you can reinvest the money and get a good return providing you with an opportunity to buy a nice serial number note whether from ebay or from your local coin and banknotes shop.
