I gave it a 63, but I'm terrible with Peace Dollars.

yup - so too some of the scratchs, like around pluribus

I voted MS-63 with problems. The reverse looks like it might have some PVC contamination (the white scuffy looking marks). It's hard to tell from the photo whether that is on the coin or holder. I had a 27-D with a similar look that had PVC, you could tell by holding it at an angle and it looked like the haze was lingering just on top of the coin. Of course it could just be the holder or the lighting in the photo.

Looks like a 63 to me, but it also looks like a 'slider' from years just laying in a show case.
