It covers Polymer notes, Tyvek notes and the Hybrid paper/polymer notes as well. http://www.polymernotes.org/ I find it to be an excellent resource for info on upcoming releases, and info on current and past notes. Normally someone is selling it on ebay, but when i just checked I saw only one person and they want $30 + shipping. So I would just buy it form the publisher.
