Dave Posted April 28, 2007 Report Share Posted April 28, 2007 Well, I can tell you that it is cataloged as P12b 25 Rubles, and signed by I. Shipov . The catalog states that though printed with 1909 as the date, the Shipov signed notes were printed at later dates and are lighter in color than the notes signed by A. Konshin. I have copy and paste all the information on that website into my word file. The nI can print them all out for later reference. Most of this information cannot be seeked in the Pick catalog. Really helpful.
