Timofei
Hi, What do you think about these defects on the coin - doubling letters, worn die, double strike. The coin has artificial toning. Whould that be fake or genuine?

Timofei
Is there any RIM? I wonder if the features I pictured can happen on conmemorative 1898 rouble. I have never met these before, so for me that is enough to think that the coin needs more attention. So I leave lustre and rim aside concentrating on these only. Cheburgen
My personal opinion. Just like all people are saying. I'm not an expert. I'm just a collector. Seems fake. Let's hear the opinion of real experts.
