BigCanadianM
Hey guys, What how much would these coins be worth each; 1884 O, 1896 S, 1887 S and a 1889 S Silver Morgan Dollar, all graded "Brilliant Uncirculated" by NGC. I had to return my price book to the library Thanks!
Scottishmoney
Depends on the numeric grading, and the prevailing market.
jtryka
Based on eBay/Heritage prices: 84-O - $35 96-S - $2,400-$4,400 (low end based on MS-62, high end on MS-63) 87-S - $100-200 (low end based on MS-62, high end on MS-63) 89-S - $250-350 (low end based on MS-62, high end on MS-63) Those S-mints are all keys, are you sure they are S-mints? BigCanadianM
"the coins are certified NGC, not graded, however when I bought the coins I was told they grede out at MS67. sorry that's all I know about these cased coins" Methinks someone's feeding someone some bull. Escpecially how to S mintmarks canged into P mintmarks overnight... Yet the slabs stil say S mintmark...
jtryka
Big difference, turn those S mintmarks into Ps and these all pretty much become $35-50 coins. Also, no one with any sense would have MS-67 coins graded in the "Brilliant Uncirculated" slabs, those are primarily for large hoards of unc silver dollars that might grade out between MS-60 and MS-63. Anything above 63 and they would be numerically graded.
