Dockwalliper
With 6 coins to go I decided to go to a park that I had made some decent finds at in an attempt to make #20,000 a keeper. About 5 steps from the car I got a good signal that turned out to be 2 coins, a '67 quarter and a '91 dime. 4 to go. Over the next hour signals were hard to come by and each good signal turned out to be a memorial cent, 3 to be exact. Thats 19,999....1 to go. A bit later I got a nice deep signal, 20K?. Nope, it turned out to be a pulltab . Minutes later another deep signal. I pulled the plug and dropped the probe into the hole. It started to vibrate right away. Right under the tip was number 20,000, a 1957 Wheatie. No great find but a 50 year old coin for #20K works for me. The find was at about 7:30PM on July 20th so the winner is Crzy3by for being the closest. Congrats and thanks everyone for playing. Any guesses on number 30,000?
