Vacation will do that. One was an Adams dollar and another was a No date buffalo nickel. ;)

OMG! A dateless buffalo!!! :ninja:;);) Was Rotten Rodney in your area recently?

My daughter bought one of those cheap $15 detectors, so far she has found lots of old tools, roofing nails, etc. dating from the construction of our home in 1933, but she did find one coin - a badly corroded 1991 cent. Both of the older kids have dug up holes all over the backyard now. Some of the tools are old enough, that they are unusual looking now. One of them was a mold for melting lead apparently. Next they are going to attack the front yard, where hopefully the money is.

I think you will have it Saturday. I hope the last one is a 1916-D Mercury dime. Good Luck

Update.......I found while going thru my figures to come up with a breakdown of the 20,000 coins that in 2002 I included 6 tokens that I had dug. Tokens were not included in any other "coin" totals(I've dug dozens) so I have had to adjust the figures slightly. Glad I caught it before I got #20,000.

New figures...

18,781 + 1201 = 19,982

18 to go
