Actually in this case Serie refers to the series of the notes, not the serial numbers. The signatures changed because this was apparently a way of letting a lot of fools have their names on what was quickly worthless paper. I really am not sure when I bought this sheet, it was a long time ago, apparently when I was a kid, and I have a note that I paid $10 for it. They may not be all that uncommon, it is possible to find sheets of Colonial USA notes, as they lost value quickly enough that often they were not cut and circulated before becoming valueless and just sitting around.
