calcoin
Hi -- I was wondering if I took my proof coins (Eagles) and other proofs which are in Pristine Condition; How hard is it to get the PR70 Deep Cameo certifacation from NGC or other good company. I'm just wondering if most US mint Proofs are created equal?
gxseries
Definately no. Surely I am assuming that you saw the prices of PF70 being so high on the market. If you are thinking that PF70 coins are "profitable" and you can make a quick buck in sending your coins to get slabbed, you might as well invest your money on stocks or somewhere else. What is more important is to see what is the criteria for the difference between PF68-70 and honestly I have trouble telling the difference. Even with unopen mint boxes, you still get PF69 more often. If yours are opened, chances of it getting a PF70 is quite low. In conclusion: PF70 is NOT an option for gamble for people who know nothing about numismatics.
