It's an extra from a group that I ordered for my Coin Club to give to the local Middle School Libraries. The book sells for $39.95 new and is currently available on Amazon for $34.36 for a used copy to ~$73.00 for a new copy. There's a copy on ebay stores for $75.00 and one with bidding starting at $19.95. Price for CoinPeeps -- $30.00 plust $5.00 for S&H to US addresses. Shipping is via US Media Mail. Moved to ebay.
