Scottishmoney Posted December 28, 2006 Report Share Posted December 28, 2006 An interesting coin, one of the fascinating aspects of this coin is the curious reading of the legend on the obverse, it reads from 5 o'clock to 8 o'clock, or from right to left. This is a very unusual feature which is quite seldom found on western alphabetised coinages.
