I don't have my reference books handy but I do not doubt that it is real from the scan. If you look closely, it shows the "Thomas de la Rue" name on the bottom as the printer. Curiously, I have two 1963 notes from Paraguay that went from a version of Orange to Green as well in the 1960's. Must've been a sale on green ink at the printers or something.
