bobh Posted August 1, 2006 Report Share Posted August 1, 2006 Not only are these photos in themselves disgraceful, but the rim border on the obverse looks much too thick to be genuine: LINK to eBay auction And the edge lettering, unreadable as it is, looks much too small to me ... kind of like the fake 1899 ten rouble coin I posted in the other thread (or is it because these are Arabic and not Cyrillic letters?? ) There are definitely times when "less is more" (or "more is less" ... as you like it!)
