Doogy
I wanted to find a nice Ike from '72, and most tend to be MS65-66. I found this MS68 and jumped on it. NGC reports that there are 28 graded higher (23 MS68* and 5 MS69). Anyone have access to the PCGS online pop report and care to tell me how man higher than MS68 from them? thanks guys, just had to share this modern birth year gem. jtryka
Nice one! I have one in MS-67 and it seems like the silver 72s are particularly well struck and lustrous from what I've seen.
Burks
Great looking coin and photo. Ike's really look good in the upper grades. Anything lower than mid-grade MS starts looking crummy IMO. Proofs are the best way to look at an Ike, especially Brown Box Ike's
