Ian Posted June 21, 2006 Report Share Posted June 21, 2006 The first is definitely billon but with very little silver in it. Nice bust of Gallienus (253 -268 AD) and Victory standing. The second's only connection with silver is that it probably passed within a few feet of silver at one stage in its existence. Some corrosion but still a collectable coin. Uberitas reverse.
