I'm a male, age 19, almost 20. I put that I was married, although its not legal for me to marry my fiance.
so you're engaged to do something illegal, then? interesting.

Got a great Mexican Libertad ounce from Jeff. Great!
i got one of those too ... thanks!

My first Equatorial African States Note. This one is Country Code A for Chad. I like the imagery on this one a lot.
these are some of my favorite banknotes ever.

watching all this is inspiring me to return to action (my collecting behavior comes and goes .. )

San Miguel_98 sent me these recently:
very cool. are they all the same thickness?
i wondered, briefly, if i could get these at work, but our canteen isn't affiliated with aafes ...
-
i bought some of these pogs from a random ebay seller ... just to see what they were like. definitely cool, but i thought they'd be thicker ... heavier.
-
My first AAFES pogs, wanted these for a while, even got extras for the kiddies. These bring back fond memories of my Air Force Brat days and PX chits!
those are *much* cooler than i expected them to be. i guess i expected them to look kinda like casino chips . . .

or you could use staple-free holders and avoid the problem entirely ...

Look at the detail definition on this 2000-S proof - pretty impressive, in my opinion.
i think US coins are the only coins where really old men get *more* hair over time instead of less

of the silver dollars, i have a strong preference for the peace dollar.
of the non-silver dollars, i like the sba and the sacajawea ...
i also like how the dollar coins have managed to attract strong women as subjects.

Art is a very patient guy.

That's a wonderful coin and a terrific prize. I've been thinking about bidding on one of those on ebay for my 2€ Commemorative collection. They're not that easy to find.
i haven't seen one of those on ebay in a while. i have a nightly search that runs ... and nothing. last one i saw was a few weeks ago--it sold with another for something like USD140!
-
Still have to try to get one in UNC, though - It's harder than I thought!
around here there seems to have been a good initial supply ... i've easily spent three crisp unc so far.
of the 'new' designs, i like these best.

That's a nice coin.
it is ... i like the small touch of color. unfortunately these are a PITA for folks who don't live in Canada--their license to use the olympic rings only permits these to be sold in Canada, so I had to order them and have them sent to a friend who then forwarded me the package.

Lucky Loonies!
-
No, this is my first one.
i have to admit that this year's issue isn't as fun as earlier issues ... blue and green niobium has a more interesting look ...
i think i'm missing the first austrian niobium coin ...
-
got some 2006 nickels from the bunny today ... sadly, i think this image of jefferson is the worst of them all.

flying eagle here ... then indians ...

i think there should be mail every day.
-
Not really. That is, I don't have any "left" right now, but can pretty easily get more later this week.
Christian

(i wish u.s. commems were handled this way ... )

Today's arrival:
KM#134, 500,000,000 dinara 1993.
wow. so is this the smallest denomination in the series, or the largest?
-
the eagle kinda looks like a turkey ... but it still looks good (and it does make up for previous very dull eagles).

That kitty approval means a lot!
it's funny ... usually she's interested in the boxes that stuff comes in and not the stuff inside those boxes!
