Mortyr, what a nice coin. What is the building on the obverse?
It's a Chinese Pagoda.. the Royal Mint gave out a commemorative coin to honor this sort of buildings. As far as I remember correctly it's the Pagoda in Kew Gardens

Another great trade with Jeff, thank you for your patience and the wonderful coins!
Best wishes,
Marvin

.. and the federal eagle seems to suffer from an electric shock.
Oh, Christian, compared to the federal eagle of the "50 years of German television"- commemorative, this suffering federal eagle is quite a very attractive one, huh?

Thanks for one more perfect deal with you! Great partner to deal with

Argh.. completed one more deal with Jeff.. I believe it was something like the 7th trade.. absolutely perfect and fair !

Today I got NO MAIL!!! That only happens maybe once or twice a year!
Tell me next time, when you think you won't get any mail, so we can have another deal
-
I would like to get Mortyr2012@coinpeople.com if this offer is still up to date.

Nice coins, Jeff!

Yesterday I got back a 2 Eurocommemorative "Roman Threaty"
-
I was quite a long time offline... but I got (not today, seriously a month ago) around 3 kilograms of Mercurys, Washingtons and Walking Libertys / Franklins for 250 Euros.. If you calculate the value of the silver price itself, you'll see it was a very good buy
Bye

The Fedex man brought this one yesterday, finally a keeper after 3 coins that arrived loose and damaged. The marks in the photo are on the plastic lens, not on the coin.
Very nice coin, Jeff!
-
And another 5 cent euro?! ......found like 6 of those now lol.
Sorry, but I don't understand that... There are €uros in the USA in circulation?

Also, do you know a place that has cheaply priced german currency from pre WWII? Especially the series 1910 mark notes I think they are beauties
Not really, but if you want I can take a look at the local antique shops (I hope it's the right word). Just give me some time to visit all of them, because they're all in other parts of the town. By the way, my father has got some more banknotes from the Weimar Republic, but I don't know what he wants for them.
I scanned them, but I can't add those here. Send me your Emailadress and I will send you them

Hi!
Oh, very nice banknotes

Yeah, this is what it's an upgrade from:
They're tiny things and this second one, worn nearly flat, is how most of them survived.
This Thaler is from Saxony right?
Very nice

Another deal with Jeff, thanks

Gift from across the pond!
You're across the pond, too...
Glad they arrived, enjoy them, if you look for some other German "Kaiserreich" (~ German Empire) pm me, there are very nice silver coins too.. just take a look into my Omnicoin.

Do those circulate? I never find any Euros like that. I was happy when I found an Irish 1 Euro in Maastricht saturday LOL I must not be looking hard enough.
Ciao, and Hook 'em Horns,
Capt-AWACS, Fear the Vespas
Of course they circulate. In Germany you can find them.. mhm maybe one coin per week or so, ok they are not in the best condition, but they're in circulation, maybe because the mintage is something about 30.000.000 coins
The Spain commemorative... just luck.. sometimes you can find some in rolls and sometimes not, just like lottery
-
Got these two commemoratives last week
-
Another great deal with Jeff
