  1. Hi Tiffany, Other than the CC coins I probably have most of the others on your list. I won't get a chance to look tonight as I'm going to bed (didn't sleep at all last night and then went to a flea market all day today), but will check when I awake. Bill
  2. To me, the design looks like someone with fingers wrapped around their neck being choked from behind.
  3. It's listed as VG-$6.00, F-$12.00, VF-$25.00, XF-$55.00

  5. Neat Bulova watch from the 20's in the art deco style. Inside of case is marked Bulova, Pat. June 10, 1924, 14K. Band is also filgree to match watch but appears to be plated. Watch and band are white with emeralds or imitation emeralds...one of the jewels is missing on the band. The movement is marked 15 jewel and runs haltingly...I believe that it could use a cleaning, as could the dial...crystal is good and dial does not appear to have any damage. Would be a very nice vintage watch with a little work. $90.00 delivered. PM me if interested.
  6. I bought this crown sized silver coin at a show this spring...it's a 1957 5 rupee proof from Ceylon comemmorating the 2500 yr. anniversary of Buddhism.
  7. US 1794 Liberty Cap cent...ANACS holdered G details with corrosion, F-2 net grade. Contrary to the photos, the coin has a strong date and most elements of the design can be seen. Not the most beautiful example of this coin, but not bad for the price. $140.00 delivered. Return policy if not happy with coin. PM me if interested.
  8. Bicentennial Ike dollar and Washington quarter that were removed from a paper envelope after long storage with blue toning. The dollar has a very nice reverse, with a lot of blue toning and a bit of muave...the obverse has areas of blue. The quarter has areas of blue toning on both obverse and reverse also. Ike dollars are hard to find with toning. Both these coins are uncirculated and the toning looks better in hand than in the photos. $17.00 for the pair delivered. PM me if interested.
  9. 1955 Franklin half dollar with the Bugs Bunny buck-tooth error...slabbed by ANACS as a MS64 and attributed on the holder as the Breen-5240 variety (Bugs Bunny). Original coin with lots of lustre, mostly white with a little colorful toning on the lower reverse. $42.00 delivered. I offer a return policy. PM me if interested.
  10. 1932 1 santims, VF/XF, 1926 2 santimi, VF, 1922 5 santimi, XF...all three for $6.00 delivered. PM me if interested.
  11. There are a few of the polish gold coins on ebay from time to time...most are BU. I seem to recall a story about them being moved on a ship when WWII was imminent and most of the mintage survived.
  12. Monitor civil war token for sale here. F-241/336a, NGC MS65 BN...has some red and attractive undertones. $225.00 dlvd. Sorry about my photos. Ten day return period...your money cheerfully refunded if you're not satisfied. PM me if interested.

  15. Group of 10 world banknotes including two from Japan (I believe that one is a WWII era 10 yen that lists for about $8-10), one from Turkey, two old Chinese notes, a note from Romania, a 10 forint from Hungary, three Brazilian notes. Varying degrees of circulation. $10.00 dlvd for the lot. PM me if interested.
  16. George sits in the doorway contemplating his presidency.
  17. I imagine that a coin could be shattered by immersing it in liquid nitrogen for a bit and then dropping it on the floor or hitting it with a hammer.
  18. Please count me in when you get the idea up and running. I'd like to help out with a design but I'm barely computer lierate the way it is and have no idea what's going on with graphics. I will, however, have offerings for the dollars once the circulation starts.
  19. Nicely toned 1901 Bavarian medal commemorating the 80th birthday of Luitpold. I don't know much about it other than this sight lists it as rare...link. Slightly larger than a US quarter and made of silver. What looks like a scratch on the reverse between the flower and the A is actually a die crack, and can also be seen on the medal in the link. $50.00 delivered. PM me if interested.

  21. OK...the fireworks are over and the contest has come to a close. I have assigned each poster a number coinciding with his posting order and used an online random numbers generator to pick a number out of the nine. The winning number is 4...Trantor3 is the winner! Please PM me your address and I'll get the medal out to you tomorrow. Thanks for playing.
  22. In commemoration of our nation's birthday, a giveaway is in order. Just post below for a chance to win a US mint Lincoln presidential medal, just like the one shown here...link. The medal would make a cool pocket piece. The winner will be randomly picked from all entrants sometime tonight after our local fireworks.
  23. Have a Happy Birthday Eric, I hope that you picked on your sister while you were visiting...she deserves it!
