Hello, I have a blue and red, dual sided quarter. What I mean by that is the side with the president is red, which looks like is painted over blue but mostly red and the other side it is all blue. Have you ever heard of anything like this? I have heard of blue and red quarters but not both on the same quarter. Would this be rare or worth anything?
