Hi Finn, It is about the size of a quarter, sorry i should have included that. It is probably too big to be a button. Maybe a decorative piece off an old brooch or something? I guess it could be anything. I’m going to have a jeweler check out the stone today. Thanks for your thoughts!

Hi, I found this while metal detecting about a foot down. It has a blue stone in the middle and it looks like a brand on the back. It looks very old to me but I am not an expert. I have searched the internet but am not having any luck figuring out what it is. Thank you in advance.
