I actually saw this along with others someone had taped inside of a frame. They had it leaned up against a pile of trash by the curb. I couldn't believe someone tossed them out. There were two frames full of money sitting in a trash pile. Their loss my gain. This is just one example

Hi everybody, I'm new to this so forgive me if I seem like a coin dunce. I inherited a jar of wheaties from my grandmother. This is one of the interesting coins in the jar. Any guidance would be appreciated.
