  1. I just realized that my Whitman Eisenhower Dollars 1971-1978 album does not have slots for clad proofs. Is there an Eisenhower dollar album that has slots for clad proofs?
  2. I have found the following reference which describes what mint mark to look for on the edge of a French medal based on the year that it was minted: http://www.exonumia.com/art/art_04.htm I have not, however, been able to find pictures for these mint marks. Can anyone provide a pictoral reference? For instance, how does the Torch mint mark look compared to the Cornucopia?
  3. Hello, I figured I would post here to see if anyone can shed some light on this medal that I acquired a few years ago. I have tried searching online and in any French exonumia book that I can find, but to no success. The medal itself is massive: 110mm in diameter. It is made of copper. The engraver is A. Bureau and it was made in 1875 to commemorate the 83rd Anniversary of the lifting of the Siege of Lille. On the edge of the medal is a bee and the word CUIVRE.
