  2. Really??? With €uro notes or markkaa notes? And how was this done (what venue etc.)?

     

    Oh, I didn't say that right... I'm not sure if it was the government that set up the auctions, but there was a bunch of 5 Markkaas on some internet auction site, they all had repeating, incredibly low, etc. serial numbers.

    Ok.... this note has a BIN of $2.00, and starts at $0.50 with no fixed increments.

     

    The auction will NOT discontinue if there is a BIN, I ordered 10 of these notes and have already sold just three of them.

  6. It'a classic counterfeit, to make the paper feel and appear to have the same consistency (sp?) of the cotton/linen composite of a real 100 Dollar bill it is put into a dryer and tossed about to give it an "aged" effect.
